Our names are Stacy and Jason Rugan. We raise English and French Bulldogs, along with our son Zeke. We are located in Frankfort Kansas (2 hours West of Kansas City) where Stacy is a local veterinarian at Animal Clinic P.A.
Stacy graduated from Kansas State University Veterinarian School.

Yes, we do offer stud service. Our males are health tested, OFA and AKC registered.
Our English bulldogs adults are between 50-55 pounds. French bulldogs are about 25-28 pounds. We watch their weight closely and adjust their food as needed to keep a healthy weight.
Bulldogs are great with kids if raised around them. They are very tolerant of their unpredictable actions but we still recommend supervision of children around any dog.
Every dog is different. Sometimes you have to try a few things to figure out what works best. As a rule of thumb, I always feed puppy food for the first year of life. I stick with AVCO tested and approved diets such as Hills, Purina, Iams, Eukanuba or Royal Canin. My English Bulldog puppies are typically on large breed puppy food. Not so much that they are large breed, but they grow FAST between 14 weeks and 6 months. The large breed diet seems to help with joint development as they grow.
English bulldogs live to be about 8-10 years old on average. We have met some that are 12 and 13 years old. French bulldogs usually live to be around 10-12 years old.
